Legal bases. Requests sent through forms, email or phone are processed to reply to you and to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The newsletter and website statistics are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Technical cookies and the record of your consent are based on our legitimate interest and legal obligations.

Job applications. If you send us your CV through the website or by email, we use the data it contains (contact details, education, work experience and any other information you choose to include) only to evaluate your application and contact you about current or future positions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 111-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). Please do not include special categories of data (e.g. health data) unless strictly necessary. CVs are kept for 24 months from receipt and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Transfers outside the EU. Some providers (Google, Mailchimp) may process data in the United States. Transfers are made to companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) or, failing that, on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights. Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing.
