Archiproducts is one of the most influential global players in the world of design and architecture. During Milan Design Week 2024, their showroom on Via Tortona once again became a central hub for brands, creatives, and design enthusiasts from around the world.

In less than a month, In2real designed and developed a phygital experience that seamlessly blended art, technology, and interaction: an augmented reality virtual waterfall that transformed the showroom’s façade into a vibrant, dynamic surface, perfectly aligned with the water-themed concept curated by Studio Pepe.

Our Phygital Solutions

Aqua AR Experience – The façade comes to life

AR Virtual Experience

We designed an augmented reality experience that transformed the Archiproducts showroom façade into a virtual waterfall, animated with graphic patterns created by Studio Pepe. The activation was triggered via a QR code printed on a postcard distributed inside the exhibition space, which also served as a bridge between the physical and digital worlds: by scanning the back of the postcard, visitors could see the Archiproducts logo emerge in AR, seamlessly integrated with the graphic design. A simple yet surprising interaction, designed to engage, intrigue, and encourage sharing.

Video CGI+AR

To amplify the impact of the experience, we created three digital videos combining augmented reality and CGI, set in the streets surrounding the showroom. The content explored the theme of “water” through striking and engaging animations, specifically designed for social media. Published during the event, the videos significantly boosted online engagement, extending the experience to a global audience.

The showroom, always accessible

Virtual Tour – 3d Scan

To extend the experience beyond Fuorisalone week, we created a 3D scan of the showroom and developed a virtual tour accessible from any device. This solution made the exhibition available remotely, allowing users and buyers to explore the space at any time—even after the event had ended.

“An innovative and engaging experience that enriched our Milan Design Week, thanks to a smooth collaboration and the great creativity of In2real.”

— Il team di Archiproducts Milano

Thanks to the phygital experience designed by In2real, Archiproducts Milano achieved remarkable results in terms of visibility and audience engagement. The augmented reality installation turned the showroom façade into a visual landmark during Design Week, while the CGI+AR video content enhanced the event’s digital presence and generated strong interaction online.

The virtual tour extended the experience beyond the physical and temporal limits of the event, making it accessible remotely. Overall, the project strengthened Archiproducts’ identity as an innovative brand at the forefront of immersive technology experimentation.
