Brand Experience Project for Capezzana
Capezzana, a historic family-run estate renowned for its wine, olive oil, and immersive experiences, embarked on a journey to enhance brand identity and customer engagement through a phygital experience. In2real was commissioned to create an integrated solution that combined a refreshed website, an immersive virtual tour showcasing Capezzana’s vineyards, winery, and Tenuta, as well as a digital room for virtual wine tasting events and presentations of their key wine selections. This project sought to seamlessly merge the physical and digital worlds to engage new audiences globally, strengthen brand connection, and provide a rich and cohesive customer experience.

Our Phygital solution
Digitalization
We undertook a full digitalization of their physical spaces:
Vineyards, Estate, B&B, Olive Oil Mill, and Wine Cellars. We used Matterport’s Lidar technology and Insta 360 for detailed scans, as well as aerial drone photography for an immersive visual representation.
Interactive Digital Map and Virtual Tour. These spaces are accessible through a custom interactive digital map, allowing visitors to explore iconic locations of the estate, including the wine cellar and B&B rooms, through a virtual experience.
Digital Tasting Room
We developed a 3D digital tasting room for Capezzana to provide an immersive, interactive setting for remote wine tasting events. The room featured interior design inspired by the estate’s aesthetics, allowing Capezzana to present their core wine products and the awards they have accumulated over the years. This digital tasting room enables customers to join guided tasting events remotely, making it a central element in bringing the estate’s unique experience to a global audience.
Website Development
We began with a complete redesign of Capezzana’s website. Our goal was to create an aesthetically engaging and user-friendly experience that highlighted the estate’s rich history, diverse offerings, and deep connection to winemaking. The website serves as the central hub of the brand experience, guiding users to explore both the estate and its products through seamless navigation.

Tangible Benefit
The project resulted in a significant boost in Capezzana’s online presence and engagement.
